1. Who we are

This website is operated by I M DEN LIMITED (trading as TJ Smile Studio), a company registered in Scotland (company number SC732212), registered office 48 West George Street, Suite 2/3, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 1BP.

Our principal dentist, Dr Tashfeen Jamil, is registered with the General Dental Council (GDC number 286427). You can check any dentist's registration at gdc-uk.org.

2. Using this website

This website is provided for general information about our practice and treatments. It does not replace a clinical consultation, and nothing on this site should be treated as personalised dental or medical advice.

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to submit an enquiry or booking form on this site.

3. Appointments and bookings

Submitting a form through this website (contact, consultation booking, free smile assessment or referral) is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking. We will contact you to confirm a specific date and time.

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee, which will always be explained to you in advance.

4. Treatment plans and consent

Before any treatment begins, you will be given a written treatment plan setting out the recommended treatment, the costs involved, and the material risks and alternatives, in line with GDC standards for consent.

You are free to seek a second opinion at any time and are under no obligation to proceed with treatment following a consultation.

5. Fees and payment

Treatment prices are confirmed in writing following your consultation and may vary from any indicative figures shown on this website, which are provided for general guidance only.

Where finance or payment plans are offered, the terms will be provided separately by the finance provider before you commit to any agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

While we take care to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that it is complete or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content in place of professional clinical advice.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
